Vintage Suzuki Dirt Bikes

In order for a dirt bike to be considered vintage it has to have been made before 1974. The reason for this is that 1975 saw the revolution that was long suspension travel. Vintage Suzuki dirt bikes are very popular among enthusiasts; these dirt bikes were the pinnacle of motocross racing during the 1970’s and dominated the scene. If you are interested in purchasing a vintage Suzuki dirt bike it can be relatively easy to find some models, such as the TM250, TM400 and the 250L Exacta. You may find that some of the models are rarer, such as the TM100, but with a little research you will find potential sellers of these kinds of vintage bikes.

This type of old dirt bike can be found in various conditions; they may need a complete reconstruction or just tidying up to bring it back to its former glory. Once your bike is up to standard you could join the thousands of enthusiasts from around the world at various vintage dirt bike events. Most of these events will have full details on related websites on the internet and the AHRMA (American Historic Racing Motorcycle Association) is a good place to start.

You could look at local dealers in your area to see if they have any used vintage Suzuki dirt bikes available for purchase. One of the best ways to source a vintage bike is online.
